12月21日（日曜）は1日中部屋に居ないの？

時間を変更するか、誰か代わりの人に立ち会いをお願いすることは出来ませんか？

新しいベットの搬入の時間を10：00～13：00で計画しているのだけれど、

時間を9：00～に早める、または遅くすることは可能です。

あるいは303号室の＊＊＊さんも当日不在なのですが、

302号室の＊＊＊さんが代わりに立ち会ってくれることになってます。

もし、いずれも難しいのであれば、再度日程を調整します。

It is possible to change the time to as early as 9 a.m., or to move it later.

If both are these are difficult, we will reschedule the date.

Mostly okay though a bit unnatural, but the use of "pet" instead of "bed" and the omission of "Sunday" are serious errors. Also, appending "san" to a person's name is meaningless to an English-speaker not familiar with Japanese.
