12月21日（日曜）は1日中部屋に居ないの？
時間を変更するか、誰か代わりの人に立ち会いをお願いすることは出来ませんか？
新しいベットの搬入の時間を10：00～13：00で計画しているのだけれど、
時間を9：00～に早める、または遅くすることは可能です。
あるいは303号室の＊＊＊さんも当日不在なのですが、
302号室の＊＊＊さんが代わりに立ち会ってくれることになってます。
もし、いずれも難しいのであれば、再度日程を調整します。

Are you not in the room on December 21st for the whole day?

We plan to bring in new pets at 10 a.m. to 1 p.m..
It is possible to change the time to 9 a.m. or make it later than 1 p.m..
***san in room 303 is not present on the day but ***san in room 302 will be present instead.
If both are not possible, I'd like to reschedule the date.
