先日分(1000 円×3)
シャンパンの原価・仕入れ値とグラスの合計の金額を照らし合わせ、マイナスであるならば責任を持って差額を支払います。
お手数ですが、よろしくお願いします。
ワインの知識・勉強不足で申し訳ないです。
改めて勉強し直します。

With regard to the champagne, I provided it to the customers with a glass.
The portion from the other day (JPY1,000 x 3).
Considering the total COGS including champage and glasses, I will duly cover the difference should there be any loss is occurring. I am sorry to bother you, but your kind understanding is appreciated.

If it turns out that I caused a loss after comparing the cost of the champagne with the total of the glasses which I served, I'll compensate for the loss on my own.
