- I would like to commute to MRT
- Budget: maximum S$3,200
- Width: more than 500sq ft
- Hopefully the room should be separated instead of 1 bedroom type
* Separate (bedroom/ living room)
- Hopefully the room is partially furnished with furnitues and large home appliances (refrigerator/ laundry machine)
(Other) It will be a single stay, but my wife may visit me quite often, so please select the room to be okay for introducing to a Japanese female.

The desirable layout : Bedroom and living room are separated.
* Furnished room: some furniture and large electrical home appliances (refrigerator and washing machine)
