This is a notice regarding the residency.
We are sorry for the late reply, but please let us confirm with you schedule of leaving the residency.
In the past, we received a request from your teacher to let you use the facility for 2 months in the months of August and September.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to better balance the availablity for other new comers, we would appreciate if you would return the room to us. Thank you.
