I don't know more about the Canada Post, however air-mails without tracking number from the United States have been arrived in less than two weeks to Japan.

i dont know about Canadien post stuff but i can get a package without their trucking number from U.S to JAPAN by air within two weeks.
Please do understand that ive taken a risk as well.
If you would like to hold the stuff, i hope to be done some kind of problem between us as i will pay $60 back for you.
i am sure that this is very rare thing you cant find easily even if JAPAN.
it's gonna be one of your good collection.
