先日、送った注文を少し変更したいです。
修正した注文書を添付していますので、ご確認ください。
変更箇所ですが、〇〇〇が追加になっています。
在庫が少な目の商品が多いので、できれば18個をいっぺんに発送するのではなく、
できたものから数回に分けて送っていただけるとありがたいです。

Since there are many products that are only few in stock, please send the products as soon as it is completed separately rather than sending all of the 18 at once.
