C.動作をチェックするために開封しましたが新品の非常に綺麗な状態のお品です。もちろん動作にも問題ありませんでした。単4乾電池が二つ必要な商品です。（電池はお客様でご用意ください）

A. Following the tracking number, your item is found out to be going through the customs as of 9/19. As we confirmed with Japan post, they advised to inquire Korea Post for shipments that have already arrived in Korea. We are sorry to bother you, but would you please contact them?
B. It appears that the item has arrived without any issues.
C. We opened the package in order to validate, however the item itself is brand new and in a very nice condition. Of course it passed the validation test with no problem. It requires two AAA batteries (please get them at your end).

A. When checking the tracking number, it was at customs as of the 19th September. When I asked at the post office in Japan, they said it had already arrived in Korea and inquiries should be directed to the Korean post office, can I ask you to please check with them?
B. It seems the package has arrived safely on the 20th September, is this correct?
C. I have opened the package to confirm operation of the item only, it is in a new and very clean condition. Of course there was no issue with its operation. This item requires the use of 4 batteries. (Please provide the batteries yourself)

A. When I checked the shipping status using the tracking number, the package was under the import processing of the customs’ office as of Sept. 19. After then, when I have inquired to the Japan Post, they said that it was better to inquire to the Korean Post for the package already arrived in Korea. I am sorry for taking up your time, but would you inquire to the Korean Post about the package?
