最後にupdateしてからもう7ヶ月も経ってます。
あと批判的な書き込みを消すのは会社の評判を落とすだけだと思いますよ。ユーザーが怒るのは当然です。

It has already been 7 months since the last update.
Also I think deleting negative feedback will simply devalue company reputation. Naturally it'll make users upset.
