その椅子は何もする必要はありません。そのままでお使いください。
ただ、濡れたままだとカビが生える場合があるようです。使わない時は外で乾かしたほうがいいと思います。

You do not need to do anything with the chair. Please use it as it is.
However, if it gets wet it could lead to molding it seems. so when you are not using it, it would be best to sit it outside to dry.
