本日、商品到着しました。早い対応をありがとうございます。
しかし、到着した商品に複数のの問題点がありました。
まず、商品ページの説明文にはダイヤルのサイズはそれぞれ25、30、33mmと表記されていますが、実際に届いたダイヤルのサイズは20、22、30mmでした。
そのためボームメルシエの裏のフタを開けることはできませんでした。
また、20と22mmのダイヤルは取り付け部分のサイズがまったく異なり、ハンドルに取
り付けることすら出来ません。
However, I found a few issues with the received item.
First of all, on the product description page the dial sizes were mentioned as 25, 30, and 33 respectively, but the actual sizes of the dial received were 20,22, and 30.
Due to the consequence, I was not able to open the rear cover of the Baume et Mercier.
Also, as the installation areas of 20 and 22mm dials have completely different size at the installation area, I can not even install on the handle.
However, there are some issues with the products. Firstly, I couldn't open the lid of Baume et Mercier because the actual sizes of the dials were 20mm, 22mm, and 30mm but the description on the product page said 25mm, 30mm and 33mm.
Secondly, I couldn't even attach the 20mm and 22mm dials to the handle because the sizes of attaching parts are completely different.
However, we found several problems at the item that we received.
First is that ,on page of the item, size of the dial is listed as 25, 30 and 33 milimeters respectively,
but size of the actual dial we received was 20, 22 and 30 millimeters.
Under this situation, we cannot open a lid at the back of Baume & Mercier.
In addition, as for dial of 22 and 22 millimeters, size of the place where it is set is quite different,
so we cannot even set it at the handle.
However, the tools had many problems.

In addition, the sizes of attaching portions for dials at 20 and 22 mm are totally different, and I cannot attach them even to the handles.
