正直、なぜ商品があなたのところへ届かないのかわかりません。私は間違いなく必要な書類を添付して発送しました。そもそも必要書類の不足があると、郵便局員が受け付けてくれません。以前、ハンガリーに発送してちゃんと届きましたし、他国でも今まで届かなかったことは一度もありませんでした。私のほうに誤りはないので、今すぐ返金することはできないですし、送料の返金もできません。ハンガリーの税関がおかしいのだと思います。

To be honest, I do not know why the item is not delivered to you. I have shipped it with the necessary documents. The post office does not receive the item when any of the submitted documents are lacking in the first place. In the past I had shipped an item for Hangary and it was delivered with no problem, and neither have I had such situation with shipment for other foreign destinatios. Because all the shipping process I have taken are appropriate, I could issue a refund for neither the item nor the shipping fee. I would imagine there is a problem at the Hangarian customs.

To be honest, I don't quite understand why the item doesn't arrive at your end. I shipped it with necessary documents for sure. Japanese post offices don't accept the shipment without those documents to begin with. I had sent an item to Hungary and it arrived without trouble and I have no experience that items had not arrived to customers. Since there is no error on my side, I cannot refund to you immediately as well as the shipping cost. Something must be wrong with Hungarian customs.
