There are however instances when posting overseas that items do break.
I hope that you can understand this fact.
I would like to offer you a partial refund for the items this time.
One piece was $10 therefore, as 6 were broken I will refund $60
is this acceptable?

I would like to return a portion of your payment on this order.
Since each item costs approximately $10 USD,
I would be willing to refund you a total of $60 USD for the six damaged items. Is this acceptable?
