関税代はこちらではどうする事も出来ません。
その点ご承知頂いたと判断しお取引をさせて頂いております。
当方は数多くの取引をさせて頂いておりますが
関税の件でこのような評価を頂いたの初めてです。
ebay,paypalのルールでもそのようになっております。
つまり、ルール違反（営業妨害）と判断し評価を変更して頂けれなれば
ebay,paypal,等に通報します。
私の評価を見て頂ければおわかりになると思いますが
誠心誠意、取り組んでおります。

As our product page says that
custom charges are the inevitable cost over which we have no control.
We have been doing business on the premise that these matters are accepted by the buyers.
Although we have been going through a lot of business transactions
we have yet to been reviewed the negative feedback because of custom charges.
This is stipulated under the rules of both ebay and paypal.
If you do not acknowledge that this might constitute the violation of these rules which might be interpreted as the obstruction of business, we are obliged to bring this issue to ebay and paypal.
As you may find in our past reviews by other buyers, we have been sincerely honoring the business transaction.
Your sincere and wise judgement is highly appreciated.

there is nothing I can do about the taxation.
You understood that point before doing business.
I have done a lot of business but
this is the first time I have received an evaluation related to taxation.
Both eBay and PayPal rules are like this.
In other words, I have determined it is against the rules (Trade obstruction) and would like you to change your evaluation.
or I will report it to eBay PayPal etc.
