関税代はこちらではどうする事も出来ません。

つまり、ルール違反（営業妨害）と判断し評価を変更して頂けれなれば
ebay,paypal,等に通報します。

These rules are also the same for ebay and paypal.
In other words, if the law is being violated (interference with business) and do not change the price, I will inform ebay and paypal.
