1,plase all the pieces on the floor.

3,screw the bolts tightly into place.
4,connect the hammock frame bar with the bases.
5,screw the bolts tightly into place.
6,put the hook and washer in the appropriate hole to suit hammock size.
7,screw the wing nut to fix the hook.
8,Hang the hammock according to the photograph (over) hammock should only have a slight curve when first fitted to accommodate weight. Adjust as hammock stretches.
