Please, let me check if the understanding below is correct or not once again.
By registering, Company A will be liable for environmental pollution not only to Company B but also to third parties for the period of AA. Also , after AA is finished, Company A will not have such liabilities to Company B, however to third parties -since the registered AA will already be finished-, Company A will be liable.
