ＡＡの期間中については、ＡＡを登録することにより、Ａ社はＢ社に対する関係だけでなく、第三者に対する関係でも環境汚染に関する責任を負うことはない。ＡＡが終了した後についてもＡ社はＢ社に対する関係では当該責任を負う必要はない、ただし、第三者に対する関係では、（登録されたＡＡがすでに終了しているので）Ａ社が責任を負うことになる。

これで正しいでしょうか？

By registering, Company A will be liable for environmental pollution not only to Company B but also to third parties for the period of AA. Also , after AA is finished, Company A will not have such liabilities to Company B, however to third parties -since the registered AA will already be finished-, Company A will be liable.
