ＡＡの期間中については、ＡＡを登録することにより、Ａ社はＢ社に対する関係だけでなく、第三者に対する関係でも環境汚染に関する責任を負うことはない。ＡＡが終了した後についてもＡ社はＢ社に対する関係では当該責任を負う必要はない、ただし、第三者に対する関係では、（登録されたＡＡがすでに終了しているので）Ａ社が責任を負うことになる。

これで正しいでしょうか？

Please let me make sure again if my understanding in the following is correct.

During the AA period, with AA registered, the firm A will not be responsible for its relationship with the firm B or the third company associated with the environmental pollution. The firm A will remain irresponsible for its relationship with the firm B even after AA is expired. However, it will be responsible for its relationship with the third company after AA is expired.
