本日、購入した商品を取り付けようと思ったところ商品に問題がありました。ブレーキのリンク部分のパーツが付属していませんでした。1の開封前のパッケージの写真を確認してみてください。グーグルで拾った2の写真には付属しています。またステップを固定するボルト4本が短く取り付けることができませんでした。欠品していたパーツと正しい長さのボルトを送っていただけますでしょうか？お返事をお待ちしております。

Today, I tried to install the product I bought but there was a problem with the product. The parts of the link part of the brake was not included. Please review the picture 1 of the unopened package. In the picture 2 from Google, it is included. Also, the bolts to bolt down the step were too short so I could not use them. Can you send the parts that were out of stock and the bolts with the correct length? I look forward to your reply.

There was a problem today with your product I purchased from you when I tried to install it. Part of the link part of the brake did not come along. Please check the photo of this package of which before you open. The complete set that I found in two photos in Goggle has the missing part I did not receive. Also, I was not able to attach the four short bolts that should secure the step. Could you send the bolts of the correct length and the part that was missing that I did not receive? I have googled and I picked a photo 2 and there's a part attached. Also, four of bolts aren't long enough to fix a step. Could you send me a missing part as well as those bolts with a proper length?
