日付が変わらないとのことですが、ホーム都市を変更していただけないでしょうか。
時計の右側についている「つまみ(リューズ)」を右側に回し、ロックを解除します。
そのあと、つまみを引っ張り出します。
この状態でつまみを回すと秒針が動きますので、
秒針を「NYC」にあわせてください。
この後につまみを戻せば設定が完了します。
英文の説明書ではE-37をご覧ください。
恐らくこれで時計の日付設定は正常になると思いますが
ダメな場合は、ご連絡いただければ幸いです。

I understand that the date doesn't change. Please try to change your home city.
Please turn the "winding knob" on the right side of your watch to the right to release the lock.
Then, please pull out the knob.
When you turn the knob in state, the second hand starts moving.
Please then set the second hand to "NYC".
After that, push the knob back into the original position, and the setting is done.
Please refer to E-37 for instructions in English.
I suppose this will set it back to the correct date setting.
