昨年LAと打ち合わせた際は「A社が100%の権益を取得した後はBAの操業は止める」との話でした。しかし、今回相手方は意見を変えてきており、「100%権益取得後も操業は続けたい。遅くとも契約締結時までに、操業のための条件を示してほしい」と打診してきました。
