商品が届かないという理由は、お客様が商品を受け取らなかったからです。
その為、商品は日本に返送されてしまいました。
また、私は全額返金していますので、今回のトラブルは解決しています。

The reason why the product did not arrive was because you were not able to receive the product.
The product was returned to Japan because of that.

The reason the item was not delivered is the customer did not take delivery of it, therefore it was returned to Japan.
Also, I have refunded the full price, in order to have a conclusion to the problem.
