I'm quite sorry to trouble you due to a nondelivery notice from a customer.
As for items which our company shipped, we received inquiries that they had not received items after the delivery date. Then our company checked condition from tracking numbers and told customers about the condition.
And we are refunding for orders whose delivery date were past terribly.
