刀匠になるには、最短でも10年間ほぼ無休、無給で修行をしつづける必要があり
これらの受け入れ態勢を築くのには莫大なコストを必要とします

As for apprenticeship, currently we are not looking for apprentices.
To become a swordsmith, you have to work nonstop for free for at least 10 years, and it will cost so much to prepare to receive an apprentice.
We would like to accept you, but currently we have to say no.

To be a swordsman, it takes at least 10years everyday without day off and salaries.
Accepting those conditions takes tremendous cost.
