先日購入したクロムブックですが、返品したいと考えています。
理由は、ポインターがうまく動作しないためです。
タッチパッドでの操作では無反応で、タッチパッドを押し込みながら別の指でドラッグするとポインターが動くのですが、画面のあちこちに瞬間移動する動きをするだけで、全く制御できません。
既に転送業者を通じ、日本まで商品が届いている状況です。
この場合、返品のための送料はどうなるのでしょうか?全額負担していただけるのか、それとも一部負担となるのでしょうか?

I would like to return the Chrome book I bought the other day because the pointer doesn't work well.
It doesn't respond to the touch pad, and while I press down the touch pad and drag it with another finger, the pointer moves, but it just goes around the screen, and I can't control it.
The product has arrived in Japan through a forwarding company.
In this case, who is responsible for return shipping? Would you be paying the whole shipping or just a portion of it?

The item has already delivered to Japan by a forwarding company.

It doens't move by touch pad operation at all. When I drag it with other finger while hardly insert it, the pointer moves - but it moves rondomely and cannot control at all.
The product has been arrived in Japan via land operater.
In this case, how do you deal with its shipping cost? Could it be fully covered or should I partially need to owe it?
