出荷前に検品時は問題なかったので、輸送中の事故で間違いないでしょう。

Model car is delicate. Outer box even if they are not broken, may be damaged by the impact of the parts in it.
Although there was no problem at the time of inspection before shipment , we hope there is no accident during transportation.
Could you help to apply for transport accidents claim?

Thank you for sending pictures.
Model cars are fragile. They are possibly damaged, even if it's protected by a package.
I believe it definitely happened during the shipment because there was nothing detected when we checked before shipping out.
Would you please help us to submit the transportation accident report?

broken.
Because there was no problem in inspection before transport, so it must be damaged during the transport.
