You said that if a music store has this mouth-piece in stock, it will be a proof that the mouth-piece is genuine, but there are no music stores around where I live. Also, I work as a vintage musical instrument dealer which means I know more about the ottolink than the local music store staffs do.
The staffs in the store that is closest to me have no knowledge on vintage mouth-pieces and I haven't seen much in stock either.

First of all, I want to ask you: have you ever seen a real EB? The item you sent me is clearly not an EB. The baffle part should be higher, but the mouth-piece you sent me has a low baffle, similar to the ottolink made in the recent years.
EB was made until 1975. Unfortunately, the professional player or students that sold you this mouth-piece had very little knowledge and experience, or made a mistake when selling you the item.

The only way to distinguish between the ottolink made in the recent years and the EB is to look at the shape of the baffle which is in the inner-part of the mouth-piece.
It is hard to determine from the picture you provided me, but it is obvious if you look at the actual item.
You stated that this is a genuine EB. I trusted you and bought the item; however, when the item arrived, I found out it wasn't what I wanted.
I will return the item to you, and you will return my money.
