Here is my improvement plans for your consideration.
1. The policy violation which occurred
The displaying of products which we have no rights to sell.

The failure to check which products we display
3.The plans to eliminate this kind of violation
We will be hiring a new employee to check on the product displays to check displayed products regularly. When we add new products, we will put the sales to a halt and check if there are no problems, then restart sales.
As an initial act, we will remove all the products which are already displayed.
I will hand in the improved plan. I would be grateful if you can consider.
1. Contents of the breach of the agreements happened this time. Exhibiting of the items which did not gain the sales approval.
2. Reasons of the breach of the agreements happened this time. Mistake in confirmation of the items to exhibit due to carelessness.
3. Plans to the improvement. Newly employed staff to check the items to be exhibited. Regular checks of the exhibited items. Suspention of the sales when the new exhibition made, and resuming the sales after the check has been done. Withdrawal of the cureent exhibited items as a first resolution.
I will submit an improvement plan.

Check mistake of exhibition goods caused by carelessness which made the error generate this time.
3.A concrete remedy for not causing the same violation:
We newly employed a man who can check the exhibition goods.
Exhibition goods are to be checked periodically.
At the time of new exhibition, sale is once stopped, and it is confirmed to be satisfactory, and later sale is to be resumed after the check.
All the present exhibitions are withdrawn as the first remedy.

人が作業するため完全にミスを無くすことはできないかもしれないですが、これまでと比べてポリシー違反の発生はほとんど出ないと予想されます。
