The more the work was done, the less resistance of participants to the work they had. The participant's comments were various : 'I felt fine with as I was', 'I broadened myself' , 'I didn't have any worry ', and 'filled with light of peace'.

The more the participants did the works, the less they were resistance for that. They left various coments like "I felt I am allowed to be that I am.", "I felt I got broedened extensively.", "I did not have any problem" and ''It was filled with light and peace".

The more workshop they participated in, the less hesitated they had. Comments of the participants were, "I thought I should behave just the way I am." "I became more and more open." "I was not worried at all." "The atmosphere was filled with light and peace." and so on.
