13. COOPERATION
Supplier and Distributor shall cooperate to register the Sesame and the
distribution process with any applicable governmental authorities having
jurisdiction over either the product or the process.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The parties agree that this constitutes the entire agreement and there
are no further items or provisions, either oral or otherwise.
15. ASSIGNMENT
Neither party may assign all or part of this agreement to any other
individual or entity without the other party’s prior, written consent.
Provided however, either party may, without such consent, assign their
rights and obligations under this agreement to an entity owned or controlled
by them.
