I have received the cup and saucer which I have won the bid from you.
However, the items were broken, because they were not properly packed.
I asked you to make sure to pack them properly so that things would not get broken.
I run a shop of antiquities in Japan. I can not sell them as A classe items.
I am very dissapointed, because I was looking forward the items' arrival.
With this condition, I can not give you a good rating.
Please send me an another item, or refund me 60 dollars.
