The cup and saucer which I won from the auction have arrived.
Unfortunately, they were broken because of the poor packing.
I asked you to pack well to avoid breaking while transporting.

I own an antique shop in Japan, and I can not sell them like this as class A items.
I am very disappointed about this situation, because I was really looking forward to
receiving them.
I can not give you a good review because of this.
Please re-send me an another set, or give me a refund of $60.
