先日販売したAのパーツに複数箇所の初期不良がありました。
顧客のクレームで発覚。
Bのポールは土台と繋ぐと安定しない。
ポールの土台はクレーンに装着できない。内向きに変形している。
S型フックに亀裂がある。
クレーンを繋げるボルトの加工に不良がある。ボルトが締めれない。
添付した写真で赤く囲ってあるパーツを早急に送って欲しい。
Aのボルトセットは顧客へ予備としてプレゼントします。
Aを1セットと交換分のCも一緒に発送して欲しい。
Dは在庫があるので省いて欲しい。
できれば今日発送して欲しいです。

There were several initial failures on the parts of A sold the other day.
I was broght to attention by the complaint from the customer.
Pole of B is not stable when connected to the base.
Base of the pole cannot be mounted on the crane. It's deformed inward.
There is a crack on S shaped hook.
There is a failure on the process of bolt to connect crane. The bolt cannot be tightened.
Please urgently send parts rounded with red on the attached photo.
Regarding A's bolt set, I'll give it to the customer as spare.
Please send one set of A and replacement C together.
I'd like you to remove D since I have a stock.
If possible please send them out today.
