私は配送業者へ損害賠償の手続きをするためにバイヤーが
配送業者へ『届いた商品が壊れていた』と連絡する必要があります。
しかし、バイヤーと連絡がとれない為困っています。
壊れて商品もバイヤーが所持したままです。
バイヤーへ連絡がとりたいのでご協力お願いします。

I paid back all the amount of the item charge because it was said broken.
As I have to ask the compensation for the damage to the freight forwarder, I need the buyer’s prof that the item had been broken.
However, I cannot contact with the buyer. The buyer still keep the broken item.

Since the product arrived broken I repaid the full amount.
Since I want to file for damages from the delivery company, the buyer has to write him a message like "The article arrived here broken" .
But it is problematic since I can't get an answer from the buyer.
The buyer also is in possession of the broken product.
