誤解を与えてしまったようです。
こちらの不勉強による問題なので気にしないで下さい
御社のACアダプターでも日本で使用可能です。
ただ、ACアダプターにPSEマークの表示がなければ販売出来ません。
従って交換が必要になります
交換品を用意するにあたって、8.4V、1AのACアダプターが販売されていません
近い数値のものを用意したのですが、少し問題があるようなので、伺った次第です
どのように対応すればよいかお伺いしたいです。

1.8V was a mistake on my part.
It seems like there has been a misunderstanding.
The idleness was all on my part, please don't worry about it.
It is possible to use your company's AC adapters in Japan.
However, if the AC adapters don't have a PSE mark on them, it is not possible for us to sell them.
Therefore it will be necessary to replace them.
When the replacement items are being prepared, the 8.4V and the 1A AC adapter won't be sold.
I have prepared an item with a number close to that, but there was a small problem which I was just about to inquire about.
I was wondering what would be the best way to cope with these problems?

I must have confused you. Please don’t worry about it as it’s due to limited knowledge in my side.
Your can be used in Japan with your AC adopter, too. However, we can not sell the adopter in Japan unless it has the PSE mark. Therefore, it needs to be replaced. As I prepare for the replacement, I realized that the AC adopter that is 8.4V, 1A is not being sold. I got one that has closer number but it seems there are some problems. That’s why I asked.
I would like to know how I should deal with this, and wait for your response on this. Thank you.

I must mislead you to a wrong place but don’t be worry about that it is because I am not familiar with.
I knew AC adapter you provided with the item can be used in Japan but we cannot sell it because there is no Japanese PSE (Product Safety Electrical) mark affixed.
Therefore, we need to provide the different AC adapter.
I just made inquiry because there was no AC adapter with 1.8V output and the one provided with nearly 1.8V output seemed to be something wrong.
If you have any idea to resolve this issue please let me know.
