(A)company, hereby authorizes DEALER to solicit orders and to sell (A) Products on behalf of (A)company, within the Territory of______________________________________________________________, and within the line of Trade known as (商品名） support equipment and accessoriesî at the prices and in accordance with the terms and conditions and policies as established by (A)company, from time to time.
DEALER agrees to use its best efforts to promote, maintain and service the sales of (A) Products within the Territory and to make such written reports concerning DEALERís activities and conditions within the Territory as (A)company, may request from time to time.
A社は、本契約に基づき、ディーラーに対して、A社の代理店として、______販売地域において、A社の製品を受注および販売し、（商品名）のシリーズ名を用いてサポート設備および付属品を、A社が随時更新する価格および販売条件にて販売する権限を与える。
ディーラーは、販売地域におけるA製品の販売促進、維持、サービスに最善の努力を払い、販売地域におけるA社代理店としての活動や状況に関する報告書を、A社の求めに応じて提出する。
