今日、英会話スクールでoverworkとoverpaidという言葉を習いました。
私が「今まで自分のoverworkとoverpaidについて考えたことが無い」と言うと、先生は驚いていました。
なぜか？
理由は、他の何よりも「自らの成長」の優先順位が高いからです。先に成長出来れば、将来自分の働き方や給料において、自由に選択できるようになると、私は考えています。
