今日、英会話スクールでoverworkとoverpaidという言葉を習いました。
私が「今まで自分のoverworkとoverpaidについて考えたことが無い」と言うと、先生は驚いていました。
なぜか？
理由は、他の何よりも「自らの成長」の優先順位が高いからです。先に成長出来れば、将来自分の働き方や給料において、自由に選択できるようになると、私は考えています。
「短期的視野よりも長期的視野を持ちなさい」
「目の前の楽な方を選択してはいけません」
私が日本で学んだことです。
Today we learned about the words "overwork" and "overpaid" at English conversation school.
I said, "Until today I had never thought about myself being overworked or overpaid." The teachers couldn't believe it.
Why not?
The reason is that I value "personal development" above all else. As long as I am continuing to grow, I believe that in the future I will have a lot of freedom in deciding things like my work habits and salary.
"Consider the long term instead of the short term."
"Don't fall into the trap of just doing what is fun now."
These are the things I learned in Japan.
