PayPalの手数料については問題ありません。
手数料は最高でも3.6%なので、金額にすると350ドルになると思います。
それよりも2000ドルまでしか決済出来ないことのほうが問題です。
今のタイミングではT/Tで決済出来ません。
PayPalもしくはクレジットカードでの支払いを希望します。
支払い方法が受け入れてもらえない場合は、注文自体が出来ません。

Maximum amount of the fee is 3.6%, so it would be about 350 dollars.
Besides that, the problem is that the payment can be made only up to 2,000 dollars.
