There is a Airport Limousine bus from the Kansai Airport to Osaka train station. You can get on at No 5 port, and get off at the second stop "Harvis Osaka". There is another option. If you take the 4:05 pm bus from the airport, it directly takes you to right in front of the Hilton Hotel, arriving at 5:07 pm. This bus may be easier for you to find the hotel, since it stops right in front of the hotel, although you have to wait at the airport for a while.
