There is another option. If you take the 4:05 pm bus from the airport, it directly takes you to right in front of the Hilton Hotel, arriving at 5:07 pm. This bus may be easier for you to find the hotel, since it stops right in front of the hotel, although you have to wait at the airport for a while. The bus fare is 1,500 yen, and I think there is ticket machines near the bus terminal at the airport. (We have attached the link for the website of shuttle bus for you.)
