そこで、手数料を含んだ金額で、PayPalのインボイスをお願いした次第です

その他に、こちらからPayPalを通しての送金も可能ですが、手数料を含んだ金額がわからないことには送金出来ません。手数料を含んだ金額をお知らせ頂くか、PayPalのインボイスを送って下さい。
