スタートアップがピボットして成功した、という事例は該当しません。

Do you know any examples of cases of companies which became stagnant after succeeding once at 100 billion yen~ few billion yen sales and then afterwards experienced a breakthrough by pivot etc.?

If anyone knows the case study of business firm which fit in to my writing below, please knotice.
Once a company was succeed in business with more than 10billion of annual sales and fall into stagnation after that.
But soon the company have gain momentum again by utilizing pivot.
The business firm which succeed with there business by utilizing pivot from the start-up will not applicable for this case.
