先日購入した商品を検品しておりましたら、付属のグリスのチューブの先端が折れていました。
袋にも外装にも損傷はありませんでした。
写真は撮っておきましたので、必要なら添付ファイルの送信可能なＥメールアドレスを教えてください。
商品は現在日本にありますので、送料のことを考慮すると返品は現実的ではありませんので、グリスだけ送っていただくわけにはいかないでしょうか？
今回また追加で商品を注文するつもりですので返信お待ちしております。
