先日購入した商品を検品しておりましたら、付属のグリスのチューブの先端が折れていました。
袋にも外装にも損傷はありませんでした。
写真は撮っておきましたので、必要なら添付ファイルの送信可能なＥメールアドレスを教えてください。
商品は現在日本にありますので、送料のことを考慮すると返品は現実的ではありませんので、グリスだけ送っていただくわけにはいかないでしょうか？
今回また追加で商品を注文するつもりですので返信お待ちしております。

While I was inspecting the items I bought the other day, tip of the complimentary grease tube was damaged. There was no damage on the bag and outer package.
I took pictures, so if you need it, please let me know the email address where I can send it in the attachment file. Currently the item is in Japan, so considering the sipping cost, returning it is not realistic, therefore, will you just send grease?
This time I'm going to place additional order, so I'll be waiting for your reply.
