先日購入した商品を検品しておりましたら、付属のグリスのチューブの先端が折れていました。
袋にも外装にも損傷はありませんでした。
写真は撮っておきましたので、必要なら添付ファイルの送信可能なＥメールアドレスを教えてください。
商品は現在日本にありますので、送料のことを考慮すると返品は現実的ではありませんので、グリスだけ送っていただくわけにはいかないでしょうか？

I am mailing to report that I found the tube tip of a grease folded down when I was inspecting. It was an accompanying item with the product that I bought the other day.
Its bag and outer had nothing damaged.
Just in case, I took a picture. Please let me know your e-mail address if you need it, but make sure that you can receive the attachment.
Now, the product is in Japan. In consideration of the delivery charge, returning the product is not realistic and thus I would like you to send only the grease for replacement. Is it possible?
I am planning to place an additional order. Therefore, I await your reply.
