In the case of returning an item which is used, we are able to request a maximum processing fee totaling to 50% of the item price. This is outlined on the Return of goods Policy page on the website. (This has also been confirmed with the customer support)
Usually we are unable to offer a 100% refund, however after reviewing, we will only offer a refund this time. The remaining 20% has been refunded, please confirm it.
