新品ではない商品を返品する場合は最大で商品の50％を返品手数料として請求できるとサイトの返品ポリシーにあります。（カスタマーサポートにも確認しました）
しかし本来ならば100％の返金はできませんが、検討の結果、今回に限り返金させいただきます。残りの20％を返金いたしましたので確認してください。

In the case of returning an item which is used, we are able to request a maximum processing fee totaling to 50% of the item price. This is outlined on the Return of goods Policy page on the website. (This has also been confirmed with the customer support)
Usually we are unable to offer a 100% refund, however after reviewing, we will only offer a refund this time. The remaining 20% has been refunded, please confirm it.
