I ordered 2 pieces of ○○ on December 1st, 2012, cancelled them later, requested for refund and you agreed. However, when I checked in PayPal, there was no refund and the amount stayed withdrawn, please kindly check it again.

On October 1st, 2012 I order two ○○ , but I later canceled the order and was told that my refund request had been authorized. However, when checking my paypal account I see that the refund has yet to be processed, and the charge still shows. Could you please confirm the status of this on your end?
